Drop the macOS and Windows builds, the Homebrew cask and the winget manifests. I have no reliable way to test those platforms, so the release now ships only Linux binaries, deb/rpm packages and container images. The README and docs no longer mention macOS or Windows.

Drop the macOS and Windows builds, the Homebrew cask and the winget
