New --synclocal $DIR saves the media into a folder, the same way --sync sends them to Immich. Each file keeps the name it gets in Immich (birdbuddy-<media id>.jpg or .mp4). Next to it, in XMP sidecar (<file>.xmp) holds the description, capture time, and the --gps location and --tags tags. Immich and digiKam read these sidecars. The file's modified time is the capture time.

Add --synclocal to save media into a local folder ... cc56faa44c

--synclocal DIR saves each media file plus an XMP sidecar with the same
description, date, location and tags that go to Immich. Without --sync
it does not use Immich; with --sync one run fills both from one download.
Files already in the folder are skipped, --update refreshes sidecars, and
writes go through a temp file and rename so concurrent runs are safe.

Write tags as standard XMP keywords too ... 0a9b2ca9c8

Sidecars now carry the tags in dc:subject (flat keywords) and
lr:hierarchicalSubject (the tag tree) next to digiKam:TagsList, so most
photo programs can read them, not only digiKam and Immich.

Add a Goals section with embedded metadata as a future option 7d364b2946
